2026 Proxy Voting Deadline September 30

In order for your proxy to be voted at the BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders, your completed proxy must be received by Hutchings & Associates by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 5:00 p.m. Alaska time.

To vote in person by paper ballot, a shareholder must attend and register at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Naknek, on October 3, 2026, by 11:00 a.m. Alaska Time and submit a paper ballot by 12:00 p.m. Alaska Time. 

Annual Meeting Prizes: To be eligible for annual meeting prizes, your completed proxy must be received by Hutchings & Associates by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 5:00 p.m. Alaska Time
