2026 BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders

The 2026 BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. AST, at the Bristol Bay Borough School in Naknek, Alaska. Registration will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Shareholders may also attend virtually starting at 10:00 a.m. by logging on and accessing the meeting online at www.bbncvote.net.

In order for your proxy to be voted at the BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders, your completed proxy must be received by Hutchings & Associates by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 5:00 p.m. AST. If you have questions about how to submit your proxy, contact election certifiers Hutchings & Associates at (907) 563-2727, ext. 1.

To vote in person by paper ballot, a shareholder must attend and register at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 3, 2026, by 11:00 a.m. AST and submit a paper ballot by 12:00 p.m. AST. To submit an online ballot on the day of the meeting, shareholders can log on to www.bbncvote.net using their PIN and last four digits of their Social Security number on October 3, 2026, and submit an online ballot between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. AST.

Early Bird Prizes: Submit your completed proxy by Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska time to be eligible.
Annual Meeting Prizes: Submit your completed proxy by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska time to be eligible.
Online Voting Prizes: Vote your proxy online at bbncvote.net (even if you’ve already sent in a paper proxy) by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska time to be eligible.

Even if you have already mailed, faxed, physically delivered, or electronically submitted a proxy, you may also attend the annual meeting to vote in person (you must be registered at the annual meeting by 11:00 a.m. Alaska time in order to submit a paper ballot at the annual meeting by 12:00 p.m. Alaska time) or, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Alaska time, submit a ballot online the day of the annual meeting at bbncvote.net.
