2025 Bristol Bay Leadership Forum

BBNC invites Bristol Bay village corporations, village and city councils, and boroughs to the 2025 Bristol Bay Leadership Forum (BBLF) on Thursday and Friday, December 11 and 12, 2025, at the William A. Egan Civic & Convention Center (555 W 5th Ave.) in Anchorage, Alaska.
The event will feature speakers and workshops focused on current issues that are important to the Bristol Bay region. The agenda will be available at the end of November.
Early Bird Registration Deadline: Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska time
Registration Deadline: Friday, December 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Alaska time
Parking: Hilton Hotel no longer offers valet parking. Self parking is available through EasyPark. You can park at the Chinook Lot, operated by EasyPark, located diagonally across from the Hilton Hotel. Their rates are available by clicking here.
Special Hotel Rate: The Hilton Hotel is offering rooms at a special rate for attendees at $159 + 12% tax per night from December 10-13, 2025. Book reservations online here or call 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) using the BBNC special group code: BBNC. Rooms must be reserved before Friday, December 5, 2025, to receive the group rate.
-Rate above is for up to two adults. Additional guests in the same room is an additional fee. Up to two children under 18 years of age are free in room with adults.
-Rooms at this rate are a first come, first served basis and once all rooms are booked, the rates will be based on availability. If available, the special rate may also be used three days prior or three days after the meeting dates.
-Check in time: 4:00 p.m. Requests for early check-in can be made but are not guaranteed. Check out time: 11:00 a.m. Baggage may be stored with bellman if needed after check out.
-Checking out early on site will incur a one-night room + tax fee unless the reservation is changed at or before check-in. Room cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours (three days) in advance or a one-night room + tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Special Airfare Rate: Alaska Airlines is offering a discount on airfare for BBLF attendees. Use discount code: ECMO720. To use your discount code, visit alaskaair.com, under “Book a trip,” input your cities and dates WITHOUT the discount code, and click “Search flights.” Once on the next page, click the drop-down menu labeled “Change your search” and enter the code into the “Discount code” field, then click “Find flights,” and the discounted rate should apply. After entering the code, you can view a detailed description of the rules by clicking the “?” next to the discount code box. You may also use the discount code by calling the Alaska Airlines group desk at 1-800-445-4435, however, a $15.00 per person service fee will apply. Be sure to verify all current baggage allowances and fees as well as travel policies on alaskaair.com prior to travel.
Special Airfare Rate: Dena’ina Air Taxi is offering a discounted round-trip airfare of $688 per seat for BBLF attendees for the following villages: Ekwok, Igiugig, Koliganek, Levelock, and New Stuyahok. Terms and conditions apply.
Artist/Vendor Tables: BBNC shareholder and descendant artists and vendors are invited to register for a table to sell their arts and crafts or provide information about their businesses. Please fill out this online form to request a table. Space is limited.
Christmas Party: BBNC will hold its annual Christmas Party on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the William A. Egan Civic & Convention Center. Tickets are $40 each, plus Eventbrite processing fees and will be available for purchase in mid-November. All attendees registered for BBLF before November 18, 2025, will receive an email when the link to purchase tickets goes live.
