BBNC, in partnership with Bristol Bay Economic Development Corporation, Bristol Bay Native Association, and Northern Industrial Training, is recruiting for Heavy Equipment Operator Training from October 27 – November 21, 2025, in Dillingham, Alaska.

The training includes classroom instruction and hands-on experience operating:

• Grader
• Dozer
• Loader
• Backhoe
• Skid Steer

Minimum requirements:

• BBNC shareholder, spouse, or descendant
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and State of Alaska background check
