The 2026 BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Bristol Bay Borough School in Naknek, Alaska.

Registration will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Alaska time.

Even if you have already mailed, faxed, physically delivered, or electronically submitted a proxy and ballot, you may also attend the annual meeting to vote in person (you must be registered at the annual meeting by 11:00 a.m. Alaska time in order to submit a paper ballot by 12:00 p.m. Alaska time) or, you may submit a ballot online the day of the annual meeting during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Alaska time at bbncvote.net.

Career Fair

BBNC will also host a career fair in conjunction with the annual meeting, which will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

The career fair is a great opportunity for shareholders, spouses, and descendants to network with potential employers and gather information on jobs, internships, and training and educational programs.

• Login with your PIN and last four digits of your Social Security number (forgot your PIN? Click on the “PIN Lookup Tool” at the bottom of the page)

• Depending on your internet speed, you’ll have the option to watch the live video or phone in
