Ingredients:
1 can jarred salmon
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Stir all ingredients together.
2. Form into patties.
3. Cover bottom of medium sized frying pan with oil and heat.
4. Cook each side for 4 minutes or until browned, flipping once.
