DESCRIPTION:The 2026 BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Saturday\, October 3\, 2026\, at 10:00 a.m. AST\, at the Bristol Bay Borough School in Naknek\, Alaska. Registration will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. \nShareholders may also attend virtually starting at 10:00 a.m. by logging on and accessing the meeting online at www.bbncvote.net. \nIn order for your proxy to be voted at the BBNC Annual Meeting of Shareholders\, your completed proxy must be received by Hutchings & Associates by Wednesday\, September 30\, 2026\, 5:00 p.m. AST. If you have questions about how to submit your proxy\, contact election certifiers Hutchings & Associates at (907) 563-2727\, ext. 1. \nTo vote in person by paper ballot\, a shareholder must attend and register at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 3\, 2026\, by 11:00 a.m. AST and submit a paper ballot by 12:00 p.m. AST. To submit an online ballot on the day of the meeting\, shareholders can log on to www.bbncvote.net using their PIN and last four digits of their Social Security number on October 3\, 2026\, and submit an online ballot between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. AST.  \nIf you have any questions about the annual meeting\, please contact Katelyn Armstrong at karmstrong@bbnc.net or (907) 278-3602. \nJoin Us Online – If you’re unable to join us in person\, you can follow the business of the meeting by following these steps: \n\nDirect your web browser to bbncvote.net\nLogin with your PIN and last four digits of your Social Security number.
