Culinary Training Application Deadline

Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC), in partnership with the Covey Academy, is hosting a weeklong culinary training from November 13-17, 2023 in Anchorage, Alaska to help participants prepare for jobs in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Participants will learn the following culinary skills:
- Sanitation
- Kitchen safety
- Knife basics
- Cooking techniques
- Food presentation
- Teamwork
- Communication skills
Applicants must:
- Be 18-24 years old
- Reside in Anchorage, Alaska
