Bristol Bay Native Corporation acquires Panhandle Power Solutions, LLC
Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC) is pleased to announce its acquisition of Panhandle Power Solutions, LLC, a construction management and services company based in Destin, FL, specializing in electrical services, airfield lighting and general construction.
Panhandle Power Solutions, LLC will join the SpecPro Environmental Services (SES) group of companies under BBNC’s construction business line. Its key capabilities include project procurement, estimating, management, administration and construction services.
“This company brings a wealth of experience and has deep roots in the Florida Panhandle area,” said SES president and CEO Basil Skelton. “Their skills, in particular their high to low energy self-performance electrical experience, complements the work that BBNC is already doing in this area, and we are excited to have them as a part of the SES Group of Companies.”
