The Bristol Bay Native Corporation board of directors is made up of 12 individuals elected by shareholders to guide the corporation. This diverse group of individuals is united by its common mission to protect and manage the assets of the Corporation to benefit the shareholders through consistent growth and increasing profitability while promoting the heritage of its shareholders and their descendants.

The board members are the same as our shareholders in terms of goals and experiences. Some work for profit, nonprofit, or government businesses. Other directors rely primarily on subsistence or commercial fishing. Some live in the Bristol Bay region, others in Anchorage. All are committed to the success of BBNC, to serving our shareholders, and to "Enriching our Native way of Life.
