Headquarted in Kent, Washington, PetroCard Systems, Inc. was acquired by BBNC in 1985. Its main focus of business had been in providing fuel to businesses operating fleets of commercial vehicles.
PetroCard’s growth over the last few years is attributed to the acquisitions of six companies. These acquisitions added cardlock locations and new business lines: mobile fueling, the wholesaling of lubrications and motor oils, fuel wholesaling and transportation, and a network of 110 retail fuel dealers.
PetroCard has leveraged its cardlock fueling experience to build a multifaceted company. With over 150 employees and 5 offices within the state of Washington, PetroCard has gone from 25 million gallons to 250 million gallons of fuel sales in just 8 years.
