TWOW

Training Without Walls (TWOW) is a shareholder management training program.  Gina Pope & Niel Smith Fall 2006

Mission

To develop and retain Bristol Bay Native Corporation and Choggiung Limited shareholders as managers and leaders committed to the advancement of the Native community.

This program is directed to emerging leaders of different professions, such as: administration, law enforcement, health, business, the arts, telecommunications, cultural resources, education, and tribal governance.

Selection Criteria

An outside selection committee reviews applications and essays in order to identify highly qualified candidates who:

  • are a BBNC or Choggiung, Ltd. shareholder,
  • have a four-year degree and five years work experience or ten years work experience with upward progression,
  • currently employed,
  • between the ages of 25 and 55,
  • interested in and committed to the program, and
  • working in a management or management-track position.
