Description
This position will manage the daily transactions related to all company or multi-company contracts and subcontracts. This includes processing incoming contracts, monitoring contract correspondence, ensuring company compliance with contractual requirements, drafting subcontracts, teaming agreements and consulting agreements, monitoring subcontractor compliance, maintaining files and records for all contractual documents, monitoring company leases, and other contract-related functions as necessary.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but experience may be substituted for degree.

Experience
Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in the field or a related area. Private Sector Government contracting experience a plus. Experience with the FAR, DFAR, and other Federal Agency supplements a plus. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must be proficient in Excel, Access, and Word. Prefer applicants with experience using Deltek products and software.
