SpecPro Environmental Services (SES) an Oak Ridge, TN company is expanding its construction management staff and requires the addition of a Construction Project Manager.  The candidate should have at least 15 years of direct construction experience with specific experience with either mechanical or electrical systems.  An advanced degree is not required but would be considered a plus.  The candidate should have at least eight years of experience working with the federal government and should be capable of being able to receive a security clearance to work on federal property. 

The candidate should possess basic Word, Excel and Microsoft Project skills and be able to complete single project cost estimates up to $1.5M in value.  The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work directly with our clients without direct supervision and present themselves professionally in meetings and presentations. 

The candidate must be willing to travel up to 80 percent of the time.

Pay is commensurate with experience.
