Oversees projects and develops business relationships with Branded Dealers by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contact and maintain a relationship with Branded Dealer accounts in order to build, retain and increase revenue.
* Understands and communicates supplier programs and promotions to Dealers.
* Able to think through the branded site proposal process, recommend and draft realistic proposals in a timely manner.
* Identify customers that may benefit from value added “Partner” services.
* Works with Branded Dealer’s to ensure they maintain the standards required by Major Oil Companies and recommends advertising and promotions designed to increase sales volumes.
* Monitors customer buying patterns, determines reason for changes in purchased gallons and counsels dealers to increase their volumes.
* Communicates special promotions and works with Dealers and Suppliers to resolve image related challenges.
* Manage and resolve issues as assigned from assignment to resolution. Must be responsive to the customers needs and follow through on both written and verbal requests.
* Work closely with Sales representatives and/or sales manager on concerns or questions about Branded Dealer accounts.
* Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned dealer accounts.
* Back up for Branded Dealer sales representatives.
* Perform special projects as needed.
Salary:
Salary DOE- Non-exempt position
Job Requirements:
Prefer prior fuel industry experience; good communication skills; ability to manage time and workload to meet deadlines; proficient in Microsoft office applications
