Receptionist
Operate Main Telephone to answer, screen, and forward calls. Provide information, taking messages and scheduling appointments when necessary. Greet persons entering, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to appropriate persons. Transmit information via email and or fax. Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier services. Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills. Ability to multitask. The Ability to use Microsoft applications and especially the use of Work, Excel and PowerPoint. Looking for a dependable and reliable individual with attention to detail and great customer service skills.
At least 3 year professional experience in Customer Service/Receptionist.
